Under Jim's leadership, Reid Publications has grown and flourished into a comprehensive multimedia marketing solution for our clients. Jim is extremely proud to lead the company in serving the advertising and branding needs of New Hampshire and Maine's real estate professionals. Originally from Connecticut, he has been a local facet of the Seacoast area of New Hampshire for many years. He and his two daughters make their home in downtown Portsmouth. When not in the office, Jim enjoys yoga, going to the gym, and taking time for an occasional overseas trip.

Amy Stevens
Operations Manager

Amy brings over 10 years of diverse experience in marketing, human resources and process management to her position at Reid Publications. She loves the dynamic nature of the job, which often requires wearing multiple hats each day. A New Hampshire native and longtime Portsmouth resident, Amy is tuned in to the local real estate market and is always on the hunt to keep Homes & Land Magazine at the forefront of innovation. She spends her spare time playing tennis, sailing, and exploring New England's numerous historic sites.

Victoria Cheslock
Office Manager

Tori's experience in the areas of financial and administrative management prepared her well for her role at Reid Publications. She's our go-to team member for handling accounts receivable, customer service, and managing the sales group. Just one of her hidden talents is that she is fluent in American Sign Language. Tori resides in Somersworth, NH with her husband Mike, and enjoys running, going to the gym, and camping with her son Michael and his wife Nikki, and her son Joseph and his girlfriend Kaleigh.

David Bieniek
Graphics Manager

Being a part of the graphics team since 2001, Dave's strong background in design and publishing has been a major asset to Reid Publications. He looks forward to the daily creative challenges that being associated with such a growing, multi-dimensional company brings. Dave resides in Rochester, NH with his wife Roxanne, their daughters Hannah and Sarah, and their Golden Retriever Sadie. Dave enjoys sports, skiing and spending time with his family.

Kathi Richard
Distribution Manager

Kathi has been in the distribution field since 2000, handling distribution for various publications including Homes & Land and Estates & Homes Magazines. She joined Reid Publications full time in 2006 to help maintain our magazine's position as the highest quality, most widely distributed real estate publication in the region. Kathi enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and 7 grandchildren.
